First Light offers medical transportation program to assist clients visiting St. John’s to safely travel from their accommodations to appointments. The five-person team provided over 13,000 rides in 2017. Clients who use this program are funded by Health Canada-FNIHB or the Nunatsiavut Government, and must be pre-approved by their funder.
First Light also offers transportation, when possible, to ensure our community members are able to attend our community programs.
