What to Expect
There’s often a chasm between your initial intention and your early drafts, but how do you bridge that chasm? How do you know what changes to make, what to cut, or where more work is needed? And how to do you know when you’re done? It can sometimes feel overwhelming, but—believe it or not—the writer has the answers. In this workshop we’ll explore questions writers can ask themselves to discover the best answer for them and their work, and exercises that will help writers clarify their vision and develop an approach for future drafts. Topics covered will be helpful for those at the start of new projects as well.
