Jazz East Big Band is a 20-piece traditional Jazz Orchestra, led by the incomparable Bill Brennan!

They’re back again this year, packing the stage at First Light Centre for Performance and Creativity with an exciting presentation of Christmas favourites, and selections from Duke Ellington’s version of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite. This year’s concert features a special guest performance by award winning vocalist Ana Luísa Ramos.

Jazz East has been performing in St. John’s for twenty five years, and is featuring some of St. John’s finest, such as Gary Johnston (piano), Katie Hopkins (vocals), and Terry Campbell (trumpet).
