Orange Shirt Day (National Day of Truth & Reconciliation) is on September 30th. With this day of reflection and learning fast approaching, we are offering streamlined and impactful Orange Shirt Day Partnership Packages.
Our mission remains commemorating the day, raising awareness about the significance of Orange Shirt Day (National Day of Truth & Reconciliation), and generating the financial means to support events for survivors and the creation of a Residential School Memorial Garden.
Our goal is to unite an even greater number of businesses, municipalities, and organizations in a spirit of unity, and to nurture a collective dedication to reconciliation.
Why Sign on as an Official Partner?
Together, we can amplify the message of truth, reconciliation, and the imperative of preserving the legacy of Residential Schools in Canada, recognizing the profound impact on Indigenous communities. Your financial contributions as an OSD partner will provide essential support to events supporting survivors and the establishment of a Residential School Memorial Garden – a place of reflection and healing. Your organization will be acknowledged as a 2023 Orange Shirt Day Official Partner on our social media platforms and in media releases.
How do you Become an Official Partner?
To become a 2023 Orange Shirt Day Partner, we kindly request a minimum donation of $200. However, you are welcome to contribute any amount that aligns with your commitment to Orange Shirt Day.

Included Components
- Digital Partner Toolkit: This comprehensive kit will serve as a guide to help your business or organization engage, educate, and participate in a meaningful way. Within, you will find suggested activities, educational resources, and tools carefully curated to support your organization’s Orange Shirt Day participation.
- Complimentary “Every Child Matters” Stickers: Distribute them thoughtfully to echo the importance of our shared commitment.
- Exclusive T-Shirt Order Form: For additional cost of $20 each, we have unisex Orange shirts available to order in the following sizes: Toddler 2X, 4X and 6X (Every Child Matters design), Youth XS to XL (Every Child Matters design), Adult S to 4XL (2 designs: Every Child Matters and” Ask Me Why I’m Wearing Orange”)
- Every Child Matters” Buttons: For your convenience, we offer “Every Child Matters” buttons for an additional cost of $1 each. These buttons are perfect for organizations with uniforms or individuals who cannot wear the shirts for various reasons.
