At First Light, we recognize the importance of emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
We are committed to providing safe, supportive, and culturally grounded wellness services for the Indigenous community in St. John’s.
Michelle Corbett (she/her) offers wellness counselling to self-identified Indigenous adults (18+) using a strengths-based and person-centered approach to support you in achieving your wellness goals. This service is open to all Indigenous individuals, regardless of status, and referrals are accepted from both individuals and organizations.
