Providing Safe, Culturally Inclusive Support for Healing and Stability

First Light is preparing to open a 10-unit transitional housing facility dedicated to supporting women and 2SLGBTQIA+ relatives who have lived experience of violence. This safe and inclusive space is staffed 24/7 by Inclusion Case Managers who provide support with developing skills in daily living, wellness goals, and culturally inclusive programming.

Our programming is tailored to meet the unique needs of resident relatives, offering wraparound supports that foster healing, empowerment, and stability. Through this holistic approach, we aim to support resident relatives on their journey toward long-term, healing and housing stability. 

This space is named in loving memory of Andrew Harvey: a friend, a colleague, a builder of community.

Andrew helped create spaces where people felt safe to be exactly who they were.

That spirit lives on at Harvey House — a place built not just for shelter, but for connection, care, and new beginnings.
