Yoga Program

Yoga is a way to practice training the body and mind to self observe and become aware of their own nature. It empowers us to self-reflect, control the breath, achieve deep relaxation, and grow through meditation; challenging the mind and body through movement and mindfulness. Combined with a smudging ceremony and drum song, Yoga Program allows a safe and relaxing space to connect with ourselves and to Mother Earth. Smudging, drumming, and Yoga together encourages positive mental, emotional, and physical health.

VaxPasses are now mandatory so it is very important that you bring both your QR code and ID. Unfortunately, anyone without them will not be permitted in the building.

If you require transportation, please let us know ahead of time to ensure your ride is booked. Any transportation requests given on the day of program will not be processed.

We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and/or yoga block, but can provide them for anyone who doesn’t own one!

There is a water cooler on site, so please be sure to bring your water bottle 🙂
