Wisdom Circle May 7th

Hello Seniors! Please join us for lunch and a guided meditation class, with The Birch Center, for our regular Wisdom Circle This Friday.

We will be meeting at 120 Lemarchant Rd. at 12pm. Transportation is available to those who need it. Please email [email protected] for more information. Spots are limited so please make sure you register.

Please remember to bring your mask and practice safe physical distancing. We Kindly ask that you stay home if:

a) You or anyone in your family travelled outside Newfoundland and Labrador in the last 14 days;

b) You have been in close contact with anyone with a known or suspected case of COVID-19.

c) Been in close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has travelled outside Newfoundland and Labrador in the last 14 days;

d) Had any of the following symptoms in the past 24 hrs:

– fever or signs of a fever including chills, sweats, muscle aches and lightheadedness);

-Cough

-sore throat

-pain swallowing

-headache

-runny nose

-unexplained loss of appetite

-diarrhea
