My Baby & Me

First Light is so excited to announce our ‘My Baby & Me’ program is back in business! This 10-week program focuses on topics of child development while providing a safe place to bond with your child and other parents and caregivers. Throughout these 10 weeks, you will be surrounded by First Nations and Inuit culture, experience fantastic guest facilitators, outings to local baby-friendly places and learn so much about yourself and your child. 

This program is open to families with children under the age of 2. Multiple parents and caregivers are welcome with each child as we explore the first 2 years of parenthood!
