Merry Little Jazz East Christmas

Jazz East Big Band comes together again for an exciting night of Christmas Jazz! Join them at First Light Centre for Performance and Creativity (81 Cochrane Street) for an low-key evening of Christmas classics, modern arrangements, and family favourites to celebrate the season. Led by Bill Brennan, Jazz East features St. John’s leading jazz musicians, including Natasha Blackwood, Gary Johnston, and Katie Hopkins, as well as a special guest performance by local singer/songwriter Jenelle Duval.

Since our band is SO BIG and the list of rules is even bigger, we will be performing this concert as a series of small ensembles, instead of our typical Big Band format. It’s the same Jazz East you know and love, with an intimate, small band vibe. One night only, and not to be missed!
