Inuit Drum Making Interest Form

Please join us for a two-day Inuit drum (Kilaut) making workshop. The Registration for this workshop will prioritize urban Inuit community members.

This will be taking place at the First Light (SJNFC 716 Water Street) on Saturday, August 29th from 10-4pm as well as on Sunday, August 30th from 10-4pm. You will need to attend both days to complete your Drum.

Masks are required for the entirety this workshop and extra masks will be available.

Portions of the workshop will be taking place both indoors and outdoors, so please be sure to bring appropriate clothing in the event of inclement weather. The workshop will go ahead rain or shine.

Registration will be capped at 5 individuals. Beyond that number, a wait list will be implemented.

Transportation within St. John’s is available, if requested by 2pm on Friday, August 28th.
