Breathe Program- Aerial Yoga

Join us for a 4 week aerial yoga series! No matter what your level is, beginner, intermediate or advanced, come out and learn a new way to move your body over the course of 4 weeks. Aerial yoga is a form of exercise so please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move & the appropriate footwear. As well, please bring your own bottle of water.
