Breathe Program

Please join Breathe program for a relaxing session of Yoga Nidra. Also referred to as “Sleep Yoga”, Yoga Nidra is a deep form of relaxation that moves the mind into a conscious state that is just as restorative as sleeping. The zoom link will be emailed to all registrants the day of program. 

Breathe provides a safe space for parents to practice self-care while engaging in peer-support. It is open to participants who have children/care for children that are under 12 years old.
