Please join the Breathe Program for a relaxing session of Nidra yoga from 5:30-7pm on October 4. Child-minding is provided as well as transportation. If you have children coming to child-minding, the theme is pj party! Dress the kiddos in their favourite pair of pyjamas.
Breathe provides a safe space for parents to practice self-care while engaging in peer-support. It is open to participants spanning the pre-natal to grandparent stages.
